CIDER GARDEN ASSISTANT MANAGER IN CHIMACUM
Location: Finnriver Cidery, Chimacum, WA

About the Position: We’re seeking a splendid Cider Garden Assistant Manager at our community gathering space and farm in Chimacum, WA to help make the place hum! The Assistant Manager shares oversight of the Cider Garden and works with the leadership team and the crew to ensure that both the staff and the visitors are having a positive, safe, inspiring land-based experience. The CG Assistant Manager supports the upkeep of safety, hygiene/cleanliness, organization, flow, efficiency, education and beauty. Particular duties include inventory management and implementation of private events. In addition, the CG Assistant Manager assists the CG Manager and Food & Beverage Director with cash management, training and customer relations. This position must be available to work at least 4 shifts a week, including some weekday evenings and one weekend day.

About the Position: This position works within the Finnriver Food Service team to prepare and serve food for our onsite operation while upholding local health and food safety requirements, and Finnriver policies. Self-motivation to tidy, organize and remain occupied on slower days is required as well. Good humor and love of humanity is essential! Shift frequency can vary seasonally. About the Position: We seek Cider Garden host/servers with customer service, beverage, or food industry experience, who will help create a positive, memorable, clean, organized, educational, and exceedingly welcoming environment. Our goal is to promote growing sales of all Finnriver offerings, as well as offering a delightful Finnriver interaction and an inspiring small farm experience overall. The Cider Garden can be a demanding environment, requiring the ability to stay energized, speak up, entertain a crowd, and multi-task effectively while maintaining composure and grace in the presence of customers and co-workers. With the new configurations to follow COVID-19 protocols, we have a variety of shift roles to cover including greeter, table service, bar work, customer service and check out.
