The Cider Garden is open for sit-down service in our covered pavilion from 12-8 pm Thursday-Sunday (closed Thursday, November 25th). We’d love to see you here!

You can check our menu here for details. Dented Buoy will continue serving woodfired pizzas Friday to Sunday 12-7:30pm, sit-down and take-out.

Heads up that we've implemented the Jefferson County mandate requiring proof of vaccination for entry into the Cider Garden (with the exception of children under the age of 12).  Have your proof of vaccination and ID handy and we appreciate your patience with this process. You can learn more about the county mandate here and our response here.  Thank you for keeping masked up when not seated at your tables.  We’ve also kept part of our pavilion panels open to improve air flow, so dress for all weather!

We celebrate local and seasonal food through an array of food options that vary with the day. Until we get staffed up, our food service options will need to alternate between our Picnic Pantry offerings and our Finnriver Kitchen menu. Please note: our partner food vendors, like Dented Buoy Pizza, operate their own independent business with their own open hours and ordering procedures. Our staff does our best to help folks navigate these, but it’s important to think of these vendors as if you were at a farmers market and visiting a new booth. We are not always aware of their last-minute changes or sold out status, etc. 

Cider Barn Tours & Tastings

We are excited to roll up the doors of the Finnriver Cider Barn and invite you in for tours and tastings this Winter. This behind-the-scenes tour into the ‘hall of tanks’ will share the story of the fruits, farms, and fermenters who make it all happen. We’ll follow the journey of the apple from juice to fermentation, from aging to bottling. Along the way, we’ll talk about cidermaking styles, farm sourcing, our sustainability initiatives, and the core mission that guides our endeavor here. During this 45 minute tour you’ll have an opportunity to taste 6 of our farmcrafted ciders and fruit wines (outdoors, under cover) and the tour will proceed indoors, with masks. Kids & Pets

Yes kids. No pets. Finnriver is family-friendly and all ages are welcome. Children under 16 must be accompanied at all times on the farm by a responsible adult.

According to current Health Department guidelines we are not allowed to have any dogs, even little sweet ones in pouches, in our establishment. This rule is being revised in 2022 and we will update our policy then!

*No visiting dogs are allowed in the Cider Garden or on the farm. We do have an on-leash dog walking area next to the parking area.

Live Music

This Friday, November 5th we will welcome Terror/Cactus, a psychedelic electro-cumbia band that is sure to pack the dance floor from 6:00-8:00 pm. Please remember to mask up when not seated at your table. 

It has been so heart-filling to reintroduce our Live Music on the Land Series! Each week on Fridays and Saturdays from 6-8pm and Sundays from 5pm-7pm. There is a $5 cover at the door starting 30 minutes before music starts.

Take it home with you

You can purchase from the full array of Finnriver hard ciders and fruit wines at our Tasting Room, including some bottles that are limited release and generally only found on the farm.  We also offer club member discounts and table reservation benefits. Learn more and join one of our Cider Clubs!

Drink Wisely

We encourage our visitors to be responsible cidery guests. For your own safety and the safety of others, please travel with a designated driver if you choose to consume cider or any other alcoholic beverages. We want you to have a safe and joyful visit! And please grab a bottle of water upon entering the Cider Garden.
